OUE FACADE SCREEN

The project is an alteration and addition works for client OUE Singapore under the management of DBS at Shenton Way. The project aims to retain most of the existing stone finished facade on one wing while the new wing implements a modern transparent glass facade. The client has informed the design to be relatable to the ground level yet maintain a signifying presence at the streetscape. Hence, there were controlled levels of advertising and most importantly introducing the large perforated screen for the facade design.
