The project is an office tower for client Wilmar Group Jakarta. With a high plot ratio for a relatively small site, maximizing the floor plate for higher efficiency is essential. There are 25 floors of offices, a sky restaurant and 1 floor of retail at the podium. At a later stage, given only 60% of basement area coefficient, 5 floors of basement car park is implemented. Due to a close tie between the client and Multivision (the building next to it), a careful design response is implemented to create a seamless integration between the 2 buildings, especially for ground floor circulation and public spaces; also to link both basement car parks. During non-office hours, the rooftop restaurant will function as an entertainment anchor.
